Ravenous

"I went to heaven last night, and I'm
not sure what the fuss is about... 
I bit into a culinary delight 
And found myself in the clouds."

All my life I've been hungry

Filled with empty ; drowning in thirsty

I've been learning how to eat

The crisp morning air

The spicy autumn breeze

The sweet scent of honey at sunset 

Soaking my feet in sour cream

Licking the day clean. 

I'm unused to being full, stretched beyond my limits

Indulging in more than my age permits 

When life give you lemons,
