If you're wondering what Italian wine tastes like : it's a decadent fruit party in your mouth, the stuff of starry nights dancing on your tongue. 

It is also the taste of abandonment, the last kiss, the card game you played to pass the time while your dad found out what beer tastes like, again and again and again. 

And so you had to find out what tears taste like, again and again and again.

But I just watch you pour and say :

''The wine does go well with the chicken.''
